Regarding the recent announcement of USA KHS Bicycles closing its operations, we would like to formally state that: KHS Cycle Sales Corp. (KHS Bicycles Taiwan) and United Engineering Corp. operate as entirely independent legal entities. Our factory production, research and development, and ongoing business operations across all other regions remain fully active and are completely unaffected by the transition in the U.S. market.
Moving forward, KHS Bicycles Taiwan remains fully committed to the advancement and innovation of bicycle craftsmanship. Proving our continuous momentum, we have recently launched the all-new “KHS × Sillykids Bug S” co-branded model in Taiwan, showcasing our unwavering dedication to product development and market growth.
At this historic milestone, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Wen, Susan, WayneD, and the entire staff at USA KHS Bicycles. We are immensely grateful for their 50 years of outstanding leadership, passion, and dedication in building the KHS Bicycles brand in the United States.
